If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
• The request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
• The product must have been purchased directly from thepilotpill.com.
• Only first-time purchases (one bottle per customer) qualify for the 60-day money-back guarantee.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.
Returns
For safety and quality control reasons, we generally do not require the product to be returned. In some cases, we may request proof of purchase or photos of the product.
Do not ship any product back without contacting us first.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
